🔁 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required

Important: Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-printed or personalized team jerseys
  • Used or worn items, including footwear
  • Clearance or “final sale” items
  • Gift cards or digital downloads

💵 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  1. We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item)

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, style, or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking number
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
